As the nation’s 25th Public Printer, Tapella serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO), one of the nation’s oldest and most venerable agencies with revenue in the excess of $1 billion. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., Tapella oversees production and distribution of information products and services for all three branches of the Federal Government. Many of the country’s most important information products, such as the Congressional Record and the Federal Register are produced at GPO’s main plant located five blocks from the U.S. Capitol. This 1.5 million square foot complex is one of the largest information processing, printing and distribution facilities in the world.
Dr. Webb is one of the industry's best-known consultants. He is mostly known for his development of the successful and influential TrendWatch information service.
His commentary, speeches, and lively Q&A sessions has been featured at industry trade events. He is a Ph.D. graduate of the NYU Center for Graphic Communications Management and Technology (1987) and serves on the Center's Board of Advisors. Dr. Joe is the Director of WhatTheyThink's Economic and Research Center.
Frank Romano is a noted authority on printing and prepress and has written numerous articles, research reports and books on these subjects.

He is a research fellow in the Open Publishing Lab at the School of Print Media at Rochester Institute of Technology. The lab is a cross disciplinary center that focuses on researching new methods of content creation and developing innovative applications to publish across various media.
Adam holds a masters degree from Rochester Institute of Technology's School of Print Media and a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Communications Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. In his spare time Adam runs PrintWiki, an open-source knowledge base of information on the printing and graphic communication industry.
David Zwang, is a former commercial Photographer, owner of 2 Prepress and Printing companies, and currently the principal consultant of Zwang & Company. He specializes in strategic business planning, analysis, and related services to companies in the vertical Publishing market. Clients have included US Government agencies, manufacturers, retailers, publishers, premedia and print companies around the globe.
Barbara Pellow recently assumed responsibility for the
development and delivery of two new services at InfoTrends specifically focused
on the evolution of the Graphic Communications Market – The Business
Development Service and the Custom Communications Service. Pellow has served in
a number of roles, including the Chief Marketing Officer of Kodak’s Graphic
Communications Group. In this role, Pellow was responsible for all marketing
activities for the division, including marketing communications, public
relations, marketing intelligence, and advertising strategy. She was an active
participant in developing business strategies and helping to define the group’s
go-to-market organizational structure.
Prior to joining Kodak, Pellow was the Gannett Chair in Integrated Publishing Sciences at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) School of Printing Management and Sciences (SPMS). She has also held senior marketing roles at IKON Office Solutions, InfoTrends, Xerox, and IBM.

And as an industry analyst and journalist contributing to publications in the US, Canada, India, and Brazil, she has covered a number of "beats," particularly printing and mailing, including print on demand, variable data printing, and direct mail.
Margie is the founder of Print Buyers International, LLC, an international organization that's dedicated to serving buyers and designers worldwide through online education and event production. She also founded Boston Print Buyers, a Division of Print Buyers International. It is a professional group that brings networking and educational opportunities to New England professionals who purchase or influence the purchase of printing. She has produced four annual print buyer conferences and is a popular speaker at print industry events here and abroad.
Since 1999, Margie’s written and published “Margie’s Print Tips,” her enewsletter that’s read by 15,000 people every Monday. Currently, she is the buyer columnist and a blogger for Printing Impressions.
