Lois Ritarossi is senior consultant at Gimbel & Associates, a worldwide consulting firm providing digital solutions to print providers and organizations to increase profitability by leveraging cutting-edge digital technologies. She has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing communications, print-on-demand, database management, fulfillment services, telemarketing, and transaction printing. Throughout her career, she has been a high-impact player with strong business development and client service skills. As a senior consultant, she manages client consulting projects, provides strategy, sales training and workflow analysis. Lois is also a public speaker at industry events and seminars. She has been a featured speaker at the Xerox Innovate events.

For nine years, Lois was a principal at Fluent Technologies, a database management company serving the financial services industry.  She was responsible for directing sales and client services. As an executive, she managed all aspects of company growth: new business development, budgets, hiring, training, product development, sales, contracts, operations, and client implementations. In her role as vice president  for client service she manage ongoing programs for Fortune 1000 clients providing database management, publishing, print-on-demand, print mail, and fulfillment services. Some of her clients included Fidelity Investments, MetLife, Fleet Bank, Iron Mountain, CDC Nvest Funds and Pioneer Funds.

Lois previously managed large mutual fund and insurance client relationships at DST Output, a transaction print service bureau.  Her responsibilities included large system implementations and ongoing high volume transaction print services for many financial services applications including statement, confirms, checks, tax forms and print-on-demand fulfillment. 

Earlier in her career Lois held management roles in sales, operations, client services and fulfillment at: CPS Direct a full service direct marketing and fulfillment agency, American Express and The Boston Company. Lois began her career in publishing with roles in production and telemarketing at Miller Freeman Publications.

Lois is an active member of XPLOR and has held a board position for four years for the Northeast Region. In her role she has facilitated regional events including programming, event planning, securing speakers and event sponsors.

Lois holds a B.S. in communications from Syracuse University.

PGSF has coordinated the printing industry's largest scholarship program since its inception in 1956. The program provides scholarships and fellowships for students interested in pursuing careers in graphic communications. WTT has established an Annual Scholarship for students attending an accredited school studying a traditional Graphic Arts program leading to a degree.
