IntegraVision provides piece level verification on finishing equipment to verify the integrity of each document produced. Ensures collations for booklet makers and mail inserters are in correct order, are for the correct individual and contain no missing / duplicate or out of order pieces. IntegraVision simultaneously matches multiple pieces and provides networkable production reports.
IV Postnet Verifier
Provides detailed analysis of each 4-state / Postnet code produced at the delivery of inserting, stitching and inkjet equipment and provides machine control upon identification of defects. Capable of analyzing laser, inkjet and alternatively printed postal codes at maximum equipment speeds, IV Postnet Verifier evaluates each code based on the same standards used by the USPS.
IntegraJET
In-line inkjet printing system reads the name from every letter in a mail inserter or input device and prints the matching name, address and variable graphics on a closed face envelope in-line at the output of the inserter. IntegraJET is available with solvent and / or HP printheads and can accommodate up to 16 cameras/scanners for additional component matching.
IntegraScan
IntegraScan provides real-time print quality and data verification for web based printing processed. IntegraScan verifies integrity of variable data during printing to prove legibility, accuracy of data, ensure no missing/duplicate pieces are produced and ensure front to back matching of continuous printed pieces. RSF5 Folder Roll Systems booth #1451
The newly-available, highly-automated RSF5 Folder is shown, as part of RS Fanfold HS, a space-efficient in-line bulk fanfolding system for continuous digital printers. It runs pinless or pinfed paper, at up to 700 fpm, and builds vertical fanfold stacks up to 39" high for long printer and inserter runs.
LX Stack Roll Systems booth #1451
An LX Stack solution is producing 3-up book blocks, suitable for near-line binding. The LX Stack system shown includes the recently introduced LX561 Cutter and LX566 Stacker modules, featuring the capability to cut and stack paper basis weights as light as 40 gsm (11# bond).
DocuSheeter VP6000 at Océ booth #1229: The just-announced DocuSheeter VP6000 is being shown for the first time, on the new Océ VarioPrint® 6250. DocuSheeter VP6000 cuts and feeds single sheets on demand from 50" diameter rolls to the 6250. The large rolls run for a shift or more before depleting, increasing both operator and printer productivity.
LX Roll-to-Roll at Océ booth #1229: LX Roll-to-Roll provides pre- and post-processing to the new Océ VarioStream 9240. Center-shaft driven, it rewinds rolls at up to 500 fpm, and is ideal for special applications such as labels. With hours of production between loading and unloading, there is no more efficient solution for handling digital output.
DocuSheeter NV at Xerox booth #914: The new DocuSheeter NV roll feed system cuts and feeds single sheets from jumbo rolls to the Xerox Nuvera™ family printers. DocuSheeter NV roll feed is ideal for Xerox Nuvera users running 11 x 17 applications, as it essentially becomes a tray holding nearly 30,000 ledger-sized sheets.
RS Stack SP at Xerox booth #914: The space-efficient and economical RS Stack SP system cuts and slits two-up printed output from the newly introduced Xerox 495 Continuous Form digital printer, then merges and stacking into a single collated stream. Output is immediately available after printing.
LX Stack at IBM booth #1801: An LX Stack provides feeding and finishing for an IBM Infoprint® 4100 HD3/HD4. For near-line finishing of print on demand applications, the LX Stack produces 1-up, 2-up or 3-up stacks at speeds up to 450 fpm. Or, for billing/statement applications, the LX Stack creates pinfed or pinless slit merged stacks.
LX Stack at Screen booth #850: Screen’s new Truepress Jet520 color inkjet variable printing system is partnered with the LX Stack for the first time. LX Stack supports basis weights from 11# bond to 110# index. Stacks are well spaced for crisp, clean quality and easy removal by the operator to off-line finishers or inserters.
