Standard Horizon CCD-VAC Image Checking System—Complementing the Standard Horizon VAC-60 Deep-pile Collator, the CCD-VAC System enables collated documents to be handled with full integrity and verification. Six high-performance CCD cameras, one per bin, are installed in the transport area on each VAC-60 Collating Tower for maximum space efficiency.

Zip-A3 Cutter/Slitter—The Zip-A3 programmable cutter / slitter can crosscut, inline gutter-cut slit, score and perforate a wide range of products from sheet up to 12.5” by 20”. The Zip-A3 is perfect for handling business cards, post cards, tickets and greeting cards.

AutoPro12 Slitter—The AutoPro12 business card slitter can slit standard, odd size, bleed and foldover business cards as well as tickets and other multiple up products. The AutoPro12 features hairline registration accuracy and high speed while slitting, scoring and/or perforating.

Foil-Tech Foil Fuser—The Foil-Tech foil fuser can fuse foil to toner image areas that have been imprinted with toner on a copy machine or laser printer. Metallic, pigment, metallic and transparent holographic pattern and security foils can be used with Foil-Tech equipment.

FT-10 Foil Fuser—The FT-10 is an entry level machine used to fuse foil to toner image areas that have been imprinted with a copy machine or laser printer. Metallic, pigment, metallic and transparent holographic pattern and security foils can be used with the FT-10.

High Speed Foil Fusing (HSFF)—THERM-O-TYPE will provide High Speed Foil Fusing (HSFF) information and samples in their booth. The HSFF process fuses foil to toner image areas that have been imprinted with toner on a copy machine or laser printer at speeds up to 5,000 sheets per hour. Two Xerox Nuvera print engines physically connected together in one system produce books, catalogs, bills, statements and other graphic-intensive documents at 288 duplex impressions per minute (144 two-sided pages), making it the industry’s fastest cut-sheet duplex system.

This printer uses a combination of inkjet technology and environmentally-friendly eco-solvent inks, which means no ventilation or purification systems are required and prints can last up to three years without lamination.

• Xerox iGen3® 110 Digital Production Press—The flagship Xerox iGen3 110 Digital Production Press allows print operators to produce an array of on-demand print jobs ranging from short-run books and manuals to transpromo documents and direct-mail pieces. The automated FreeFlow® Print Server for the iGen3 press and new Automated Color Quality suite help streamline the color check and calibration processes.

• Xerox 4127 Copier/Printer—This system makes it easier and more economical for print providers of all types and sizes—from small quick print shops, educational institutions and law offices to large commercial printers and in-plant operations—to produce brochures, course packs, and customized marketing materials and statements. • Xerox DocuColor® 5000 Digital Press—A new configuration of the with Xerox Document Binder 120-D and Coverbind 101 DFS enables print providers, photo retailers and labs to print and finish materials in-line including personalized hard and soft cover photo books, among other revenue-generating applications. • Xerox VIPP Pro Publisher—A plug-in that allows graphic designers to use the familiar, graphics-rich Adobe® InDesign® software to produce customized statements, postcards and direct-mail pieces. • Xerox EIP—Xerox’s Extensible Interface Platform (EIP) helps today’s multifunction system adapt to the way a company works, rather than the other way around. Based on standard Web tools, EIP gives developers the ability to easily create applications for Xerox multifunction systems and to customize the touch screen interface, simplifying and personalizing work processes. Nine EIP-enabled partner solutions will be on display in the Xerox booth.
• WorkCentre® 5687—This black-and-white multifunction system prints and copies up to 87 ppm and has a total paper capacity of up to 8,700 sheets. The system is EIP-enabled and has the ability to create searchable PDF and XPS files.
• WorkCentre® 7345—This advanced color multifunction system prints and copies at up to 35 ppm in color and 45 ppm in black-and-white. The EIP-enabled system includes scan and fax functionality, and includes tools to integrate and improve workflows and manage color costs.
• WorkCentre® 7675—This advanced color multifunction system is Xerox’s fastest product that has print, copy, scan and fax functionality. The EIP-enabled system features tools to improve document workflow, keep documents secure, and manage color costs with Xerox Standard Accounting. It prints in color up to 50 ppm and in black-and-white up to 75 ppm.
• Xerox Phaser® 7760—A tabloid color laser printer that helps businesses create graphic-intensive documents with the quality and consistency they expect. With color management tools including PhaserMatchTM 4.0 and up to 1200 x 1200 dpi print resolution, the Phaser 7760 provides enhanced image quality for vibrant, full-color documents such as newsletters, brochures and sales collaterals.

• Xerox Phaser® 8860MFP—Xerox has made color printing affordable with the Phaser 8860MFP, with a pricing model that makes a color print as inexpensive as an identical black and white print.
