Standard Horizon CCD-VAC Image Checking System—Complementing the Standard Horizon VAC-60 Deep-pile Collator, the CCD-VAC System enables collated documents to be handled with full integrity and verification. Six high-performance CCD cameras, one per bin, are installed in the transport area on each VAC-60 Collating Tower for maximum space efficiency. 

New Case Binding System—The new HCM Hardcover System will be shown for the first time, bringing ultra-short-run hardcover book production to print-on-demand environments. Zip-A3 Cutter/Slitter—The Zip-A3 programmable cutter / slitter can crosscut, inline gutter-cut slit, score and perforate a wide range of products from sheet up to 12.5” by 20”. The Zip-A3 is perfect for handling business cards, post cards, tickets and greeting cards.

AutoPro12 Slitter—The AutoPro12 business card slitter can slit standard, odd size, bleed and foldover business cards as well as tickets and other multiple up products. The AutoPro12 features hairline registration accuracy and high speed while slitting, scoring and/or perforating.

Foil-Tech Foil Fuser—The Foil-Tech foil fuser can fuse foil to toner image areas that have been imprinted with toner on a copy machine or laser printer. Metallic, pigment, metallic and transparent holographic pattern and security foils can be used with Foil-Tech equipment.

FT-10 Foil Fuser—The FT-10 is an entry level machine used to fuse foil to toner image areas that have been imprinted with a copy machine or laser printer. Metallic, pigment, metallic and transparent holographic pattern and security foils can be used with the FT-10.

High Speed Foil Fusing (HSFF)—THERM-O-TYPE will provide High Speed Foil Fusing (HSFF) information and samples in their booth. The HSFF process fuses foil to toner image areas that have been imprinted with toner on a copy machine or laser printer at speeds up to 5,000 sheets per hour. This enables the Xeikon 6000 to produce a higher number book blocks during a specific print run. Depending upon page size, book blocks can be produced 1-up, 2-up or even 3-up, for higher production volumes and economies of scale while reducing production costs.

  • The Xeikon 6000 can easily handle substrates from 27 lb. text (40 gsm) to 122 lb. cover (16-pt. board), providing a wide range of substrate options to its users.

 X-800 Digital Front-End—The X-800 is an open, modular and scalable digital front-end, compatible with most of the leading workflow software solutions.   • Xerox iGen3® 110 Digital Production Press—The flagship Xerox iGen3 110 Digital Production Press allows print operators to produce an array of on-demand print jobs ranging from short-run books and manuals to transpromo documents and direct-mail pieces. The automated FreeFlow® Print Server for the iGen3 press and new Automated Color Quality suite help streamline the color check and calibration processes.

  • Xerox EIP—Xerox’s Extensible Interface Platform (EIP) helps today’s multifunction system adapt to the way a company works, rather than the other way around.   • WorkCentre® 7675—This advanced color multifunction system is Xerox’s fastest product that has print, copy, scan and fax functionality. The EIP-enabled system features tools to improve document workflow, keep documents secure, and manage color costs with Xerox Standard Accounting. It prints in color up to 50 ppm and in black-and-white up to 75 ppm.
  • Xerox Phaser® 7760—A tabloid color laser printer that helps businesses create graphic-intensive documents with the quality and consistency they expect.
