Jetrion LLC - Booth #826

Jetrion LLC, a new global ink jet product, service, and integration company powered by Flint Ink, will present new high-performance continuous ink jet (CIJ) inks at Graph Expo/Converting Expo 2003 in booth #826. Jetrion's new CIJ inks are designed to help printers and converters achieve excellent accuracy and print quality on a wide range of substrates for direct mail, coding, marking applications. The new offerings are specifically formulated for Domino®, Scitex®, VideoJet®, and Willet® printheads to complement its existing line of comprehensive ink jet ink products that will also be featured in the booth.

- Members of Jetrion's executive leadership team will also be on-hand to provide personalized digital audits for attendees. The consultations are designed to examine individual print operations and explore a wide range of available ink jet technologies to help streamline production processes and broaden service capabilities. Appointments can be scheduled at the Jetrion booth.

- Educational presentations will be given to help printers and converters minimize labor and operational costs. Dedicated staff will instruct attendees on avoiding the pitfalls of ink jet integration and the appropriate equipment and materials needed to maximize their return on investment. - The Kodak Approval NX Digital Color Imaging System uses the latest in thermal imaging technology to produce the industry's most versatile and accurate prediction of on-press performance. Featuring Rapid Recipe Color technology, the Kodak Approval NX system can accurately produce millions of spot colors in a fraction of the time currently possible with its predecessor, the Kodak Approval XP system. Rapid Recipe Color technology saves significant time by laying down up to four densities each of CMYK and spot colors simultaneously, instead of one at a time. This next generation Kodak Approval NX system can also laminate to virtually any substrate — making it ideal for all folding carton and flexible package printing.

- Kodak Polychrome Graphics Sword Excel Thermal Printing Plates extend the benefits of Sword technology, which combines a no preheat/no postbake thermal plate with negative "write the background" processing. Sword Excel plates deliver run lengths of up to 500,000 impressions and hard dots that yield resolutions ranging from 1% to 99% at 200 LPI. The ultra-high resolution makes Sword Excel plates compatible with the latest advances in stochastic screening at 20- and 10-micron dot diameters. Other benefits include faster imaging speeds, greater press chemical resistance, and reduced processor maintenance.

- The KPG DirectPress 5034 DI system , a two-page, four-color digital imaging press, combines the quality advantages of offset printing with the workflow and automation benefits of digital printing.
