Analyzing CGX

April 24, 2006 -- I think CGX has done a great job maintaining a profit, in spite of the fact that they have done nothing to integrate their companies. The result has been that their individual companies' sales efforts have been competing with each other. One can only deduce from this that they have driven margins down. Perhaps they have determined that the integration process is fraught with risk so they are going to cash out. Now...the jillion dollar question: Is there a buyer out there?

Thank You,
Robert Newsom
