Cenveo Needs "Sales 101"

Way to go Banta. Your response to the unsolicited and public display of arrogance from Cenveo was perfect. Not to comment on the merits of the offer, the style and class (or lack of) of the solicitation certainly won't help the potential of a deal. If I were Cenveo, I'd review "sales 101" prior to your next move.
