The Rabbit Catches The Hunter

August 10, 2006

Without presuming one letter to be more wholly accurate than the other, one may assume Banta's response to the "public" letter of Cenveo then to appear more open and direct. Sometimes the rabbit catches the hunter. Each company represents outstanding American business capabilities so, we may see who runs the better board, has the correct vision, wisdom and clarity of resources.

I do not necessarily believe it always best to merely "whet the appetite and greed" of the shareholder. Considering 5 years of industry consolidation ask is this continuing activity truly benefiting the shareholder, tax payer, public at large, and or the producing workers, in each business? Large unsolicited marriages may
in the end resemble modified "Green Mail" more rather than "adding value" or focus to the future, for real global growth.

Opportunities: What if we Americans first thought globally? Why do we seem think first Consolidation here as the better investment? How about one or the other market leader acquiring a Chinese printing company with these very same resources? Just a thought...

All the best,

Greg Imhoff
