[Note: The item referred to below as an "article" is a press release written by Fuji and was not written by a WTT contributing writer.]
On Tuesday, September 12, 2006 in the article "Enovation and Fuji come together to offer Digital Solutions from proof to plate for Labelexpo" the following quote was made:
"The enhancements offered by FinalProof GxT were designed specifically with the flexographic printing market in mind - opaque white and metallic donors, variable density, the expanded color gamut and the ability to laminate to nearly any substrate," explains Ted Schaffer, business manager for ink, blankets and flexo products for Enovation. "FinalProof GxT is ideal for flexo printers because it allows them to show their customers exactly what the printed piece will look like on press. It can actually be used to create product samples. No other proofing system offers this flexibility."
I understand that this is an Enovation/Fuji marketing press release, however, the last statement that "no other proofing system offers this flexibility" is a completely false statement and misleading your readers. In fact both the Latran Prediction and the Kodak Approval offer the same flexibility being highlighted in this release.
Maybe you should set the record straight for your readers.
