SEARCH TIPS

WhatTheyThink's archive works like many other search engines. You can search by keywords, quotation marks or wild cards.

Keywords
      and - Searches for the existance of two words or phrases.
      For Example: Type in color and paper
      Description: This finds articles about color paper, or color printers and paper etc.

      or - Searches for the existance of either word.
      For Example: Type in press or direct imaging
      Description: This finds all articles about presses or direct imaging technologies.


Quotation Marks
      "" - Use keywords inside search phrases.
      For Example: Type in "ink and paper" or office supplies
      Description: This searches for the phrase "ink and paper" or office supplies.


Wild Cards
      * - Search for parts of words.
      For Example: Type in *repro*
      Description: This searches for any article that contains repro.

      ? - Places wild card place holder.
      For Example: Type in por???
      Description: This searches for any 6 character word starting with "por".
