Paparozzi will introduce the session, speaking about the background, methodology, and intent of the study and Fenton will provide detailed insight into study results and field questions from the audience. "It is important to understand that this study is the first step of a rigorous, ongoing research program," said Paparozzi. "But even this first step has generated extremely valuable information which we believe will help print service providers avoid many of the pitfalls companies have historically encountered in adding digital services to the mix.
