Dr. Joe Webb and Bob Rosen Offer Timely Business Advice to Printing Business Owners and Managers in Online Session Sponsored by Press-Sense

April 14, 2008 -- Lexington, Kentucky USA – On April 9th, 2008, WhatTheyThink.com conducted an important online educational event, Managing Smarter: Magic Numbers to Live By, featuring CEO advisor and mergers & acquisitions consultant Bob Rosen and Dr. Joe Webb, the director of WhatTheyThink’s Economics and Research Center.

The session archive is accessible here:

This one-hour event provided printing business owners and managers with valuable insight into successfully managing a printing business and the importance of metrics in that management process.

“During this session, Rosen and Webb provided a wealth of actionable information, including ‘Hot List’ items—crucial numbers that top-performing CEOs use to manage their businesses,” said Randy Davidson, President, WhatTheyThink. “Rosen has generously made available useful management discussion forms and a complementary copy of a chapter from his book, the Graphic Arts CEO, entitled Managing with Information.  These tools, in conjunction with the content from this webinar, can be found in the WhatTheyThink webinar archive.”

Hundreds of printing executives regularly attend these quarterly events and access the archived material for later review.

“We were delighted with both the attendance and the level of interactivity during this important session,” said Dr. Webb. “Although we were not able to get to all of the thoughtful questions our listeners submitted during the session, a Q&A document is included with the webinar archive.”
