Davidson, President, WhatTheyThink. “This session will focus on tools and approaches to optimize digital
workflow and maximize profitability, providing concise guidance on how to make
money in tough times.”
Pellow has proven to be one of WhatTheyThink’s most popular

WhatTheyThink webinars and accessing the archived material for later review. She
will be joined by experienced graphic communications services professionals who
will share their opinions and expertise. Henry Wagner is a pioneer in web-to-print and is currently the
Information Technology Manager for Innovation Printing in Philadelphia. He has been involved in web-to-print
implementation since 1999. Additionally, attendees will hear from Matt Fumerton, Director of

importance of end-to-end automation of both production and business processes,
and the impact on profitability that can result.
“Print service providers in today’s market are at varying
levels of adoption in the quest for more efficient operations through digital
workflow,” said Pellow. “Regardless
of where they are in the process, however, our research reflects that the
majority of print service providers clearly understand they must do
something. That’s why this topic
is so relevant and timely. Join us
to find out how to be the low cost producer yet still generate good margins,
even in turbulent economic times.”
