As a journalist and analyst, Gail has covered a number of “beats;” particularly printing and mailing including print on demand, variable data printing, and direct mail.

Senior positions in companies such as Printable Technologies, CAP Ventures (InfoTrends), ImageX, Firstlogic, and the US Postal Service, have given Ms. Nickel-Kailing hands-on experience and insight into the challenges of distributing printed materials through the mail.

Gail is a Certified Mailing and Distribution Systems Manager, awarded by the Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA).
